called and left a voice mail on my work phone. they are with CPS...calling me about an urgent matter. his voice sounds angry like he is trying to scare me. I dont know who he is!

They called me and said they were CPS, and I don't have children.

I had the same thing happen to me. Called back and they were very rude and said that is fine don't give us info, we will continue to call you and track your phone!

I received a text message sent  from 760-670-3400 to call 760-423-1166. Tracking, Response required ASAP refer to your phone # when returning call. This is not a sales call."   I called, from a different # but the line just rang, no answer.

THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!! He got all mad and angry when I wouldn't give my phone # (I purposely called from a different phone). If you look it up, it is called debt collector's box or so****ing like that. NEWSFLASH I don't have any debt AT ALL and you are a scam.
