This person claimed to be Eric Petersen. I think he claimed to be from a law office and had threatened legal action. If I didn't return his call. This company instantpaydaymatch.com kept trying to force me to take their loans and credit cards. When I didn't is when I s****ed receiving these calls.

This was a recorded call with a woman voice claiming to be "john" and I  or my lawyer was to call back ASAP or there would be dire consequences.The recording ended with "good luck to you" if I did not call back. Should I be scared?

Yes they called my job as well me and my supv went off on them Im very aware of these people and there practices. You rite dont send them a dime. What I do is keep calling them worrying the***** up out of them. This makes them very angry I'm going to put them out of business I Promise I called the local law officer as well they cant catch these people he wouldnt give a name acourse just some bs foreign trying to get over on the american people which they think are dumb. They wont see a dollar out of me. lol lol lol I heard they are setup in oceanview ca thats where that number is coming from

This is a scam.  I received an e-mail from CashNetUSA stating that this attorney's office if it really is one is not affiliated with them and to contact the police.  CashNetUSA is aware of this illegal practice and are cooperating with the State and Federal authorities to bring these people to justice.

I received a recorded message from this phone number at my work on March 3, 2011.  Said if I do not call back, all he could say is "good luck".  Said he was from a lawyers office and his name was Alec Peterson.   I had these calls a while back from other over seas callers and reported them to the Attorney General's Office, FBI and was told NOT to send them any money, it was a fraud.

i got call saying i needed to call right away or my attorney needed to call. if I did not then all he could say to me was good luck. i tried to call back just to see what they would say but got no answer. caller said his name was ron Willis
