I rec'd the same phone and also from different numbers 760-933-1*** & 1507 & 760-453-0184. They all say the same thing as above, stating that they are going to come serve me papers at my job to take me before a judge in CA. They had my social security #, bank name, address, emplyment, etc.... I have reported them to the FTC & would advise anyone else to do so also. They call me everyday!

he represents a company that has a law suit a***nst me. Does not provide any info other than I need to pay him money or risk going to court.

This guy called me today, he said his name is Gary Williams. He left message on my phone stating that I need to call him back or my attorney to call him back. They way he left the message is that I owe them. I called that number, of course he didn't pick up the phone. I called me after 30 seconds.. He didn't even give me the company's name. He just said he is from California. He asked him questions and he didn't answer any. He placed me on hold. I called back of course he didnt answer the phone. Pls beware of this number.

Linda it is some twisted middle eastern or india creeps who are calling people who applied for online loans and they somehow obtained our infomation. Do not believe nothing the say or threaten you with. I have them scared to the point when I call and ask them where is my subpeona - as they keep telling me is on the way or their officers are delivering it at that time - and or they just **** up because I keep telling them that I know they are scammers or ask them do they think I am scared and they are the ones who should be lol - best thing is to tell them you are on to them and you have reported them to the government. I also told them if they call me back one more time I will have them arrested. No calls since that first one - I call them and laugh in their faces asking for my subpeona !

I got a call from this number and the person said is name is david cooper and that i needed to call him back immediately. The idiot didn't even answer the phone. he even called my job with this foolishness. if they call themselves scamming somebody, they need to learn to speak english. i am tired of these harassing calls. someone needs to help figure out how to put a stop to these jobless hacks. i really want to use other but i won't.
