An indian man called and said I owed 1500.00 dollars

I have been recieving these calls for well over 1 year. My references have been contacted. It is getting really annoying. I'm thinking about c****ing my number over it because it is getting to me. There is nothing anyone is going to do to stop this scam. They c****e there number periodically, the names they use. Most likely they are not in this country. The sad part about all this is that they must occasionally collect money from people or they wouldn't still be doing it. You can report it but nothing will happen........unfortunetly

This is the second time i recieved a threatning call from this number. Last time i was suppose to be arrested and lose my job by friday, thats was 4 months ago. This time they called my brother who was listed as a reference on the loan application that was denied, and they told him they were going to arrest and sue both of us. I'm going to report them to the FCC and attorney general.

My husband got a call from someone named Tina Munz she was Indian and would not give him any information until he confirmed some things, which he would not, she was shouting at him by the time he got the call back information.  He knew at this point it was a scam so he called back in order to get as much information as possible.  My Police Officer husband says, if they will not confirm or give you any information, then you know the call is fake.  Adults know this, but could you imagine them calling a young adult or your child who would have no idea how to safeguard themselves.

Yes it's ACS they have my social Security number

Me to, They have my Social Security number as well. Very threatening. I told him give me an hour to figure it out. I called the police because he said the police will be picking me up and holding me for 24-hours. So The police said no

they just called me today saying that my friend took out a loan and that i was a reference so they were going to sue me. they continued on to say that i needed to appear in court the next day and they had a list of charges a***nst me. i told them that i just turned 18 about a few weeks earlier and that it was impossible. i also had my sister call them and the man sounded middle eastern and began to yell and refused to give info other than the year about when the loan was made. he also continued to say that he had our ss #s which he did and he also gave us a figure amount of how much $ we were so called supposed to pay. we reported them soon after and are about to freeze our credit.

Did they say they were ACS? Because we have been getting the same calls. They even have my husband SSI number.

Indian guy named "Andrew" called my best friends phone asking for me or my husband saying he was an attorney and we needed to pay told my friend we were going to be arrested for not paying a PayDay loan of some sort witch is all BOGUS!!!

Payday scam posing as "officer Mark Robinson", indian guy says he's the police but then wants to make a deal with you!    Sounds very real and very threatening. has my home address, SS#, report him , don't pay anything and **** up.
