Hey, this same person called me with the same badge number and account number but from 908-552-4933.

The same person called me today but only said his name was john smith with badgee number 2307 said i had three criminal charges a***nst me and asked me if i wanted to be arressted for bank fraud. said he would have the senior attorney of the california court would get in contact me, he said his name was Thomas Green. When Thomas Green called an hour later it was the same guy from the first call but he was saying he was thomas green. the numbers were909-237-4806 and 760-666-5816. he also said i had to pay 460.00 to the company but wouldnt give me the company name

He gave me the exact same number for my supposed acct number. I contacted the authorities

Same thing happened to me, i submitted the info to the FBI

youre the **** behind this...give it up youll be extradited back to india, if youre not already there. stop threatening and dont be surprised if people retaliate, jigs up ****a!

I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS BUT ADAM SMITH HELP A LOT BECAUSE WHEN THE OFFICERS ENTERED AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYEMENT HE HELP ME OUT, OUT OF DIS AND THE MONEY OWE FROM THEM I HAVE PAID BACK.AND EVERYTHING WAS SETTLED OUT OF COURT WITH OUT ANY LEGAL ACTION.SO REALY LOVE DIS MAN .HE IS VERY HELPFUL PERSON.AND HE IS OFFICER I MET HIM TWICE,HIS REALY GOOD PERSON,HE ALWAYS HELP THE PEOPLES.

said his name was officer adam smith  and that I stole money from a company and he will not say the name he call from 7605140160 and said his batch number was 2307 and my case number was he9537z2427 and they call several times and said they will arrest me I will lose my family someone needs to catch these people

Got a message that this idiot worked for the federal investigation department and was having someone come out to arrest me for bank fraud. The problem is I work for the federal government and had my investigation department call him back and he clammed up real quick. He would not give any info on what the problem was and I don’t owe anything. I called the FBI and they can’t do anything about this based on a phone number not even impersonation of a federal officer.

this guy called saying he was from the Federal Investigation Department. He had an Indian Accent and said his name was John Matthews. He was looking for a former coworker of mine. Seems fishy

This officer called me at work. Said cases are being filed a***nst my ssn#. he gave me the case file number and when I asked for the court he said that county of san jose. I asked him to send me the information in writing, gave him my email address.  He asked me to call him once I recevied it.  that was a almost 45 mins ago.  No email. and when I ran the case number a***nst the data base nothing came up, he said it was the county of san jose... there is no county of san jose court system. so I reseached the county the san jose is under and I reseached the federal courts for my name or the name of the suppsoed company and got no hits, not one.

He also stated his name was Adam Smith badge number 2307 and that my case number was HE953772477. I want this man caught.

This person call my job on July 22, 2010 he proclaimed to be and FBI agent and had my human resource people calling me at home about this issue. They gave me this 760-514-0160 to call him he proclaimed tha the cash advance had filed 3 counts of wire fraud a***nst me. When I called the number he tried to act like and FBI agent by telling me do not reply while you are being recorded with the nothing other than yes or no to the questions I going to ask you he ask me had I ever been arrested, he as me had I ever taking out and check advances and all the rest the foreign accent was difficult to understand. This person whom ever he is a danger to us all and when ever he is caught I will be here to testify a***nst him. I reported this to the local FBI and they said it was a scam I guess wire fraud is hard to caught and this person knows this he ask me at the end of the conversation if I want him to write up the paper to have me pick up on my job or did I want to take care the loan today of $460.00 dollars. I told him he had to do what he had to do.

These men who speak foreign but have american names keep calling and harrassing me my work and family saying that I am going to get arrested and go to Jail, I tried to get them to send a letter and they  would not, I also told them not to call my work.  they are rude and obnoxious.
