I too have been receiving phone calls from these people since last week.  They have called my cell & my work.  I have been told to have my attorney contact them, and they have threatened me twice.  They are saying they are going to contact my employer, and they also said that "I should prepare myself to face the worst nightmare of my life".  I live in Des Moines, IA and have contacted my Attorney General.  He said this is a scam, and if they keep harrassing me I should report them to the FBI.  Which I may end up doing, because I just got to work and had another threatening message from this *!#hole on my voicemail.  They also called me twice on Sa****ay, and I told them I was going to report them to the FBI if they didn't quit harrassing me, which obviously didn't scare them at all if they called me at work first thing.

I too got this call I could barely understand the message the man left but it said so****ing about a retained attorney and such. I called the number he left and it was a message service so I left a very heated message wanting to know who this is and why they are contacting me in the first place. we will see what happens?????

I just s****ed receiving the same phone calls today. It comes up 0000 on my caller id on my cell phone. I just for word that they also called me at work and left a message for me. This is clearly illegal and harassment. They told my work is was for a judge, that I needed to call them back. If they call a***n I will be answering and having a good discussion with them.

I receieved a phone call from "Mr. David Cooper" (very American name for a man with a heavy accent) saying that I had not made a payment on a payday loan that had supposedly been deposited into my account, and that there was a lawsuit a***nst me. They had my name, the last 4 of my social, and the last 4 of my bank account. They said they were from California and that they would be contacting investigators in my state to come to my place of employment and arrest me. When I tried calling them back they would not answer
