I get a call from them religously am to pm everyday. they leave messages with the ****** recording saying they are SMS. who is fms? dont know. it says to press the number 1 to talk to a representative. i told them to take me off their list. they asked for my phone number. i gave them the phone number and the girl over the phone wanted me to verify my name and phone number. i didnt give any information. i can tell you this, they had the wrong name and address. then they told me to give a message to Aura Rodriguez. I told them "NO, I can't give the message to them because I don't know who they are." Then I ***g up. I hope they stop calling me. I will write back a***n if they call me a***n. I would report it to the business beuro.

I got call from this number 1-706-526-8136. The person on the phone had an african accent and claimed to be calling from Time Warner. He tried to sell me the Time Warner bundle deal for $119. The opening line of the call was "this call could be monitored or recorded" just like you here when you call a 1-800 toll free number of any company, but surprisingly it was not automated and it was the guy trying to immitate the ma****e....I thought so****ing was fishy about it. When I told him that I was not interested in buying anything, the person just ***g up on me, w/o any customry call closing line. I guess this is a new type of scam originating from Nigeria/kenya (just like the email lottery scam)....So just be aware. I would like to report it but not sure whom I should go to and someone s****s looking into it.
