Keep getting calls from them..see thay are using every scam in the book to get personal info..this is illegal!!

recived call @ 1:21 pm on 30/1/09 no message left. Very annouing since this is the second number to show form a telemarketer.

Seems the only action we can take to stop all these annoying calls is to register our phone # on the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call List. donotcall.gov is their website. Takes 31 days after registering, but I feel it stops them because I haven't gotten any calls from them in over 2 months. If you are still getting the calls after 31 days after registering you can file a personal complaint with the FTC a***nst their numbers.

I get these calls almost every day for the laast 6 months. I have called & asked to have my number removed, but all they do is call from another number. I want this **** stopped!!!!!

I continue to get these calls at work. Can't anything be done to get rid of these scams?

have been getting these calls about 4 times a week for at least 6 months. I have tried everything possible, have used option 2 to try to be removed. Tired option 1 to talk to someone live to take me off the list. Nothing works. I have even tried calling to number back to yell at someone different and it tells me the number isn't in service. How is it legal for them to call me over and over from a number that doesn't "exist"?

I have received easily over 50 calls within the last month from this company. Everytime I press 2 (which they say will remove you from their calling list) Yet, I keep getting calls! I am fed up at this point. I am 4 months pregnant & do not have caller ID (and why should I have to pay extra for caller ID just to avoid these annoying calls!?!) so I answer everytime I'm home when the phone rings; in case its the doctor, my husband, etc. YET, 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 IT'S THIS REDICULOUS COMPANY!!! A little over a month ago I received a call from the same company on my cell phone, but the call came from a number in Ca***a (506 I believe was the area code)... I look that number up and its listed as a SCAM, so why isn't this one??? Also, it's definitely NOT a legitimate company if you consider I DO NOT have any warranty on my vehicle, nor have I for a few years now, so there would be no real reason for them to have my number or be calling about a problem with any warranty (considering it's non exhistant for me!)

I've been getting this call for several months. Lately it's been in my voice mail around 8:00 PM-CST. The caller ID reads Warranty Division.

This number show on my caller ID as a cell phone# in california. This number called every month and don't who this person is I believe is a scam called.

This is a caller ID s**** number used by telemarketers to hide their real iden***y. Calling back gets a very corny message that allows you to be "taken off thier list" only after listening to about 5 minutes of advertisments. This should be illegal.

I am so sick of these calls. They initially refer to my auto warranty, then woman ****s up when I request company name and address. I called number back and was connected to Law office of James Sokolove in TX. They refuse information about telemarketing company who they hired to make solicitation calls. I am going to file complaint with AG office now.

I get calls from this number every day saying that it is my LAST chance to renew my car warrantee. When I speak to a rep and ask them to remove me from their list they **** up on me.

I do not know how this can be legal to call somebody's cell phone unsolicited. They call 4 or 5 times a day. I am looking for a job so I must answer all calls. I hate these ******bags.I got this number from the phone company.......

Keeps calling, no message I signed up for the no-call cell phone list. Why am I getting these calls? What else can be done besides list them?

I am on the Federal do not call list. I get 4 to 5 calls a day from this number. I have asked them to stop as I don't own a car, they said they would a good month ago. Hasn't happened yet! I don't like paying charges on my cell phone for these calls.

Got another recorded message call today 11/18/08 at 11:23amPST (USA)on my cell phone. I've read the blogs from this site & tried a recommended way to stop their recording & hopefully make them take my # off their calling list. I was at home so I answered the call to my cell phone. I said*****o (which I shouldn't have said anything because their router can read*****o). Their recorder s****ed with "This is an important message", then I pressed * four times really fast & their recording stopped. I waited a few seconds & their recording didn't res****, then I ***g up. The blog poster said to press * four times fast to make their router think the # has been disconnected. It seemed to work because their recording stopped aburptly. Hopefully they will delete my # from calling list. Important to know you can press the * even though their recording has s****ed. Another way to make their router think your # is disconnected is to record the high pitched sound that is heard on real disconnected #'s at the beginning of your voice mail or answering ma****e, then record your intro voice message. They will think this is disconnected # & scrub it from their calling list. I've been getting a lot of these calls; they always call in on different area codes & numbers. Hope what I did will stop them.

I recently bought a used GMC Jimmy, a '91 might I add, and I get that call on my cell all the time. I try not to give any personal info over the but having a video production business sometimes prevents that. Also, my cell phone is part of a multi-phone plan and it is under my mother's name, and who knows what kind of **** she posts.

Getting calls from this number

Caller called me while I was at work. Disrupted my time to focus on customers.

These ****s call every few days. They "offer" special deals just for me. Like, a car warranty for my "we don't know what car you have" or "insurance for you: male or female between the ages of 18 and 90". This is straight up harrasment! Now, they offer to "remove" my number from their calling list, but I have to give it to them on their phone "service". Even this sounds shady! I am listed on the National No-Call list and my state's No-Call list. They should be fined...heavily!!!!

Called to say the warranty on the vehicle I was driving was about to expire and tried to sell me an extended warranty. My cars are older and the warranty ran out a long time ago. They will not put me on the Do Not Call list...they just **** up.
