They said can you hear me as soon as you say*****o. Then they tell you they are a gift card hot line.

Suspect it to be Portfolio Recovery.

Keep calling at weird hours and never leaves voicemail. Checked number on Google, it is a scammer. Don't answer this number.

when you answer you can hear the recording beep. do not say anything cause the will use it.

They keep calling me at odd hours, have not answered especially after reading this. Blocked the caller.

This is a fraud call. They ask "Can you hear me?" So they can record your voice saying yes and then use it to say you accepted services.
