**** I DO THE SAME THING!

I have had some wonderful conversations with them.  Using the same logic that if they talking to me, they can't scam someone else.  We have talked about each other's mother, sisters, daughters, and who is the bigger w***e.  Talked about camel ***.  All very nice conversations.

Payday loan scam.  They call up saying that you owe money from a payday loan.  Threaten that if you do not send them the money they will have you extradited to California within the hour to stand trial.  They seem to have a lot of personal information.  Don't confirm anything with them and report them to the FTC.One thing I do is sit and talk to them and then tell them that if he is talking to me, then he cant be scamming someone else.  This does seem to stop the calls for a while.

i have gotten calls from a scott jones...that i need to return his call at once and the matter at hand is time sensitive!! that i should contact my attorney if i do not call him back at once!! He was very rude and nasty!!!!  Who is this and what do they want???

I keep having these same people calling me doing thesame thing threating me that I took out a loan and never did and when i ask who this is they **** up. but the messages they leave on my phone is that you need a attourney and that you  won't be able to work in the US a***n.

I got the same message his name was Chris Roy and he needed my attorney or myself to call back and wished me good luck if I didnt return his call.

These people are scam artists, I got the same message saying If I want to save my life I better return the call, so I called them every 5 minutes for a few hours just like they do me and I rattled on about I have dogs and if I sold him one would it save my life, and just acted like a dumb blonde and he "lady you are crazy" and I just kept calling back and I asked if Bin Laden was there and he said NO BUT Barack Obama is bi***** and told me to **** his ****** and then asked if I wanted to know how I could earn $2000 a month and I said Geez I'll think about it!

Not only have i recieved the same as above... But I have been physically and ***ually threatened.  I have been in contact with my attorney about this and there will be charges a***nst them.  It's time we stand up for ourselves and they get the same treatment.

I too have gotten 3 messages one this morning @ 6:40am california time from Christopher Brown same as above not to ignore and too call back right away or my attorney, issue at hand extremely time sensitive.  These calls are a scam.  They are also related to a number in Florida.  I have been getting these calls for months now.  I have reported to the police that they are even calling my family and threatening them with a law suit and that they would be responsible for my debt.  For one they do not give you the information and two they refuse to send anything in writing to you once you speak to them.  This is just a fraud.  Now they are using a local number to call me from, but always the same people with the same threat.  I have not found a way to stop them from calling.  Now that the number comes up I am going to call Verizon to see how to report it as fraud to block the calls from coming in.The police told me to ignore the calls but they are really getting irratating now.  I have 33 voicemails saved on my phone for the police.Good luck all.

i got the same voicemail and when i called back a shawn michaels answered saying that they r charging me with fraud and i wont work in the united states a***n when they are though with me.so i better pay them back.

gotten 2 recorded messages from ID 0000 lasting 1 min 4 seconds. Christopher Brown tells me not to ignore him; he needs me or my attorney to return the call. If I don't 'all I can do is wish you good luck'. Called and another Indian person answerered the phone; could hear call center activity and said they were a law firm. When I asked the name they ***g up. Saw another complaint from someone where they were threatened too and it was an extortion for a fake deblt.
