Received a call tonight from a 760-284-4677 California phone number, the lady said, "can I speak with "Anonymous" and I said, "who is this"", she then said, "is the last four digits of your social security number ----?  I said, what is this about?  She then said, "you have three criminal charges a***nst your social security number!  I said, "what is this about"?  She said, "hold on let me transfer you to the attorney, I said, no, if you can not tell me what this is about, I do not do business over the phone and she ***g up on me and said, pay the consequences!  If anybody knows what this is about please reply.Thank you,AnonymousP

I called the FBI, this guy is a joke. This SOB needs to be burned.

I just received the same call. I called back to 760-284-4677. As above. they did not speak english. They plan on showing up at my employment on Friday 12/7 with papers for federal banking regulations fraud. This needs to stop. I will do what ever I can to stop it.

they are now trying to "save" you money on your land line. the company name is streadology. they have called me several times.  The web site they give me is different each time. the guy says that he is from India but in United States he goes by Gary. He couldn't tell me what the area code was that I needed to call to save money. He finally said '1" was really confused when I told him area codes are three digits. Also said that this number was a Houston area code

well just got the call ... same sch***l Leo Fernandez ... never knew a **** named Leo Fernandez. Different number though 760-748-4422.  Morgan and****ociates etc etc etc

I keep getting the same call, but from Charles Cooper.  He kept asking me for info and I refused to give him any info over the phone.  he got very nasty and I just ***g up on him.

Today I got a call from a guy with a heavy foreign accent.  This person said his name was Leo Fernandez, from the law firm of  Morgan and****ocates and that his telephone number was 760-582-0307.  He acted very strangely, tricking me and intimidating me, and I was alarmed to know he had my social security number, which he repeated.  He acted as though he was a secretary, or some other meaningless outboud caller,  then said he would put me on hold to get the senior attorney, pressed a number key to make a sound and then, came back on the phone saying he was the Senior Attorney.  He gave me his name and telephone number, as detailed above. He laboriously forced me to take down a file number, to seem official, while I heard a television in the background.  He refused to say who was doing this but began to yell and make accusations, and then said he'd "see me in Ruth's Chris Steakhouse" which is my former employer.

im getting the same calls and they told me the same thing. The guy name is John Matthewsand the dude has a heavy ****stani/Eastern Indian voice also... I screamed on him several times.. they kept call my job....

718-217-3911 constantly calling and ****ing up... We believe any last four digits such as 3917,3912,3913 are all affiliated with that number and are scam artist from st. albans ,queens, ny  BEWARE...

Interesting.This one showed up as caller 'unavailable', they called right back and they left a text msg, just with the call back #.I do NOT answer my cell if you aren't in my system. Restricted and Blocked #'s don't even get a thought. I will run the # though as I did here.My thought is if you really want to get me, you will leave a name & number etc...Today was first time with this # though

MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU ARE TELLING THEM THAT THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED AND YOU REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI FEDERAL TRADE COMMISIONS LOCAL POLICE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL. WE HAVE TO GET THESE PEOPLE!

It is ironic to see some of the same information that was just given to me.  The difference is the guy gave a name of John Fernandez calling from Morgan &****ociates.  What is even more interesting is that he called 1minute later on my 2nd cell phone and asked had he just spoke to me.  Also, he gave me what was considered to be a case number of c3845.  Please be careful people.

I just received the same call from "Morgan &****ociates"  This is the third time I have received such calls always using a slightly different number and name.  They are scams and I feel that it is coming from those Pay Day Loan companies.  Please be careful they have way to much information on us.  Dont confirm any information with them and make sure you get the name of the company they are claiming is sueing you.  This guy today would not tell me, just threaten me.  I am sure I will not be hearing from him a***n and I am sure that by this afternoon they will have a new number to call people with.

I just got a call from this number also, a William Taylor, at work. Asked for an employee out on maternity leave. He didn't understand what that meant so I was su****ious. Good thing I looked into it. Law Firms would not have somebody who can't speak english call.

I received a call from these guys telling me that if I did not return the call, the only thing they could do was to wish me "good luck as the situation unfolded".  I called them back and asked them for the name of the company.  They said they wanted my name first.  When I refused, he also refused to give me the name of the company.

my caller was named william taylor. i had so much fun making fun of his accent - what a total loser!

I got the same call but he said his name is David Jackson

A man with an extremely heavy ****stani/Eastern Indian accent by the name of Leo Fernandez called me regarding a loan I supposedly took out in November. He said he was an attorney from Morgan &****ociates and that there were three criminal charges a***nst me for check fraud for obtaining a payday loan and not repaying it. He was very nasty and after checking into the whole deal, I found out it was a scam. I had never taken out the loan he stated and my account with the bank was not even opened at the time. He stated he would call my work and get me fired.
