They are calling unknown but they did provide me their phone number 760-588-2207 and their names have been max collins and paul stevens with a very deep hindu or indian accent.  They seem to have my personal information correct but could not provide with all of my SS# just the last four.  Some how these guys got a hold of personal information through the interet and threaten people to give them money.  DONT FALL FOR IT.

i guess these people are not fake because they gave me the letter of closer delivered it to my mail id with all the legal docs and with there BBB# . This is the only time i got a legit company calling me so i don't have any problem settling my account with them.

THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME FOR 2 YRSABOUT A PAYDAY LOANOR ELSE I WOULD BE ARRESTED ,THEY AREBOGUST .....

If you get a call from 760-588-2207 it's a total JOKE!  These guys barely speak English and try to spit out debt collecting jargon, it's hilarious.  I gave these guys a total hard time, didn't fall for their, "You took a loan back in June and didn't pay it back" ****.  These guys have been calling me for months c****ing their name, number, and company that they are calling from.  They've used explicit language with me, ha, like that's going to make them seem more legit!  I've tried everything to get these losers to stop calling me.  I've tried threatening FTC, local authority, and Attorney General lingo on them and nothing. I've tried ignoring them, they keep calling.  I've tried continously telling them they have the wrong number, they keep calling.  I know I don't owe any loan, I never took one. They have my SSN and bank account info, pretty scary....but nothing has been taken out of my account, nor have I had any mysterious debt, so obviously these guys don't have what they need to get to me.  This is a total crock of bull!  Don't fall for any of it!  I'm fed up with their idiotic antics and harrassment so finally, I called my phone carrier and am having my number c****ed....when I told them I was a victim of internet fraud, they waived the fee.  Hopefully in 2 days I will have heard the END of these jokers!    DON'T SWEAT THESE GUYS THEY ARE IGNORANT TO THE UNITED STATES COLLECTION POLICIES AND ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULANT!!!  DON'T AGREE, ACKNOWLEDGE, OR PROVIDE THEM WITH ANYTHING!!!!

the number came up unavailable.  I call this number ask for the person name Lisa Fernandez.  I was told she was in a meeting.  This guy name Alex  saying he was calling from instant cash and so****ing about criminal charges.  and just ***g up...this is a host I already had this done before.
