I was arrested for criminal trespassing by neighbor, without a warranut, or knowing that by trying to talk to her at her door was illegal. The officer came out and arrested me on my property, without a war***nt all because he "suggested" that her and I stay off of each other's properties. My husband had to almost beg him to put my s***s on, he did not read me my miranda rights even though I asked for an attorney as soon as he put me in the car and continued to do so but was denied one and laughed at. My neighbor is spreading****ors about me doing drugs and even said it to my face. They will do nothing about it.
