I received a call at 7:00 a.m. Mt Time. The person had a foreing accent sounds Arab. He was accusing me of a Pay Day Loan Debt. According to this person, I borrowed money and I never paid it back. He wanted for me to give him my account number so that they could get the money owed $345.00. Mike Robert****torney) is the one that called . It took him around a minute before he could give me his bar number he kept me on hold. He told me that if I did not want to settle debt at this time that I would get so****ing from the courthouse in the State of California and it would cost me $1,200.00 in total. Since I was scammed before, I told to go ahead and mail the paperwork to me and that I would be contacting the Attorney General's Office so that they are aware of what is going on. The person ****ed up on me. I did filed a police report with our local police department as the Attorney' General's Office suggested. Watch out.

The person that keeps calling is of foreign descent. The accent sounds Indian. He is accusing me of some large debt that I owe. Yes, I owe some debts, BUT nothing is past due and there is no reason for anyone to call me when my payments are on time. My boss spoke to him and told him that he didn't have permission to continue calling the office #. They just call from a different # and pretent they're someone else. I block the numbers on my cell phone.

this people are being calling forever ... leaving me nasty messages ... on my personal phone and then @ my work. i'm sick and tired of this could somebody stop them, please!!!!

Same people s****ed calling me today at least 8 times till i answered when i answered they said "do you have an attorney?" as the call went *i was just letting them talk while i drove to the local police department* they couldnt tell me when this said loan was taken out they just kept telling 2 or 3 months ago then the said i could pay the 525 that i was owing to debit or credit at this point the police was hearing this call the officer took the phone gave Micheal Harris the guy on the phone his badge number and Micheal ***g up

Left a message..I or my attorney MUST return his call immediately or a good luck to me. Undoubtedly a scam and scare tactic. Blocked!
