12/23/11  Got a call from a guy with a heavy Indian accent who identified himself as Mike Anderson 760-624-8174 from ACS Law office regarding a legal matter.  It seemed fishy because he didn’t say my employee's name correctly, and the phone connection was very poor as if he were calling from overseas.  His demeanor gave off the "Scammer" at***ude.

Same thing just happened to my sister so we just googled the number and found this post. we are now contacting the police.

I got the same phone call, from the same ****** indian, but he was saying his name was a mike anderson & now he is calling my job harrasing me....I don't even know how he got my info...

Called the number left via call back service on my cellphone. Number was answered by a guy with a heavy indian accent claiming to be Sean Gilbert. Says he was with a law firm and i was facing 3 felony charges for deception, mail fraud, bank fraud. Asked if there was a lawyer representing me to foward the info over. Then he s****ed saying my social my previous address, my employer and my email address. I confirmed nothing asked what this was in reference to. Only answer i recieved was it is about a payday loan. I was like i do not own a payday loan nor are they legal in the state of new york. He got angry told me i would have to deal with the prison time for not wanting to own up to my mistakes. HE got aggravated and ***g up on me. Had my wife call from her actual law firm and he will not answer the phone.
