threatened that I need to resolve a legal matter with them today by calling him or having my attorney on record to call him and do not disregard this call and wished me good luck if I did not respond. Said his name was John Anderson with and India accent. Then said God Bless at the end of the call. This is another phony credit call hoping to send them money.

http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-760-624-8240check this out - just had a call from "Jay Smithers" and when I called back, same guy with same Indian accent claimed he was "David Cooper".  He was rude and threatening, could give  me no information about an alleged lawsuit, but unfortunately had last 4 of my husband's SS # and last 4 of our bank account, in addition to other identification.  This is a scam.  They are trying to get people to send them money to "avoid a lawsuit" In fact, the message left on our ma****e was threatening, stating that if we didn't call back, then "good luck to you as this situation unfolds..."   Hope that when you check out the above link that you will realize that its just a scam and they can't do much except irritate and harrass you.  Follow thru with the proper authorities.  Relax.  There will always be thieves who work harder at getting out of legitimate work and responsibility through scams, than just getting a real job like the rest of us.  Don't be scared or ****ered by these con men ( I won't refer to them as "con artists" because they weren't very s****ed with their communication, in their message or their language s****s.)  Good luck!
