These people have been calling me for almost 3 months now and at work. After insulting them with racial remarks, they call back from a number in NY stating his name is Eddie Smith and he is a Federal Law Officer. But without a badge # or a ***nch to call. I am rep[orting this to the FBI, Secret Service and FCC.

FYI SCAM: I keep getting calls from a guy named Alex. He states that I applied for a loan online and that the company named Cash Advance transferred the funds into my account (they knew who I bank with. This is scary). They state that an EFT was returned unpaid and that the company asked them to take criminal actions a***nst me. I knew right away this was a scam

Caller ID shows 888-325-4008, message gives 760-651-2610 Caller Claims they are: ACS/ Law Firm Call Type: Debt Collector I just got two messages from this East Indian sounding fellow with a thick accent by the name of Richard this morning at 7am. His first message stated that it regarded an important legal matter...then his darling 2nd message informed me that if I did not call him back or my attorney, "all I can do is wish you luck for the world of troubles that are about to unfold on you." It appears that I am not the only one receiving these calls after looking for the 760-651-2610. If you have in the past gotten or tried to get a payday loan online, one of the sites must have been a scam, and lucky me is now dealing with this BS. I just went to the FTC website at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ to look into filing a complaint

They had all my information...problem is, I never filed for a car loan, but a payday loan on line. So one of the sites must have been a scam, and lucky me is now dealing with this BS.I just went to the FTC website at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ to look into filing a complaint.
