The time is coming when we will wake up and realize that very few Asian Indians are the well educated ones we keep reading about.  Most Indians are scammers.  They are workshy but are always on the lookout for the chance.  They will run up huge debts, they will leverage property, they will at the same time be welfare dependant and in the end destroy American culture and infrastructure.  It doesnt suprise me that they telephone call and in effect blackmail people into handing over money.  They are a nation of crooks who live in a slum.  Instead of coming to USA and running their scams, they should try to fix their own country.  Truth is that they dont have the work ethic or immagination to fix their country, so they take advantage of easy going Americans.  We will regret the day we let so many come to our country.

This person called and told me I was a suspect in California.  Since I have not been in Calif for more that 40 years this seems strange.  I told him I was calling the police.

I RECIEVED A CALL ON 1/21/11 STATING THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED ON 1/25/11 IF I DID NOT CALL THEM BACK, WHEN I CALLED BACK THERE WAS A VOICE MAIL THAT WAS FULL, IT CONCERNS ME THAT THEY TOLD THAT IF I DIDNT CALL BACK THEY WOULD COME AND ARREST ME AT WORK. THEY ALSO CALLED MY SISTER AND TOLD HER THE SAME THING,AND SHE ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL WITH HTN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This is some kind of debt collection scam.  They have heavy Asian Indian accents and keep referring to a complaint that has been filed with them for an outstanding payday loan for Advance Cash USA.  I don't have any payday loans from them or any outstanding payday loans with anybody.  I believe they got my info from when I did apply for a payday loan on the internet.  Now that they have my info, they are scamming for money using scare tactics.  When I questioned them, they became frustrated that they weren't scaring me and ***g up.  No legitimate debt collector would **** up.  Total Scam.

I'm not sure what the man was calling about but was yelling in the phone about have my attorney contact him or deal with the consequences that unfold??? Very heavy foreign accent. I did call back but got his voicemail and I will not leave a message. I'd prefer to talk to him directly.
