Received a call from "Officer Shawn Martin from the Department of Law and Investigation" with a very thick accent. He claims that there is a very serious issue a***nst me and charges a***nst my social security number.  The number is from Encintas, CA and he wants me to call him back.  This is the same script from the other scammers that call me.

Daily calls and threats from Indian scam artist with heavy accent, barely understandable, claiming I owe money on a payday loan. My last loan was in Nov 2010 which I paid in full and I don't any money to any other payday loans and never will a***n. He gives a fake American name and calls himself "Officer" and demands I call back or be arrested. He has my bank#, SS#, address and employer's name, but I know I can't be arrested for a small claims civil matter even if I did owe money, which I don't. I'm recording their rambling ****** voicemails and will be reporting them to the feds, attorney general and police. They're not getting a dime from me in their pathetic extortion attempt.

We are getting calls at our business from this number with an Indian accent as well. He has called about four times telling the receptionist how ***y her voice is and such. I told her that next time he calls inform him that we have his number and we will be reporting him to the police.

i got a call at my work from a guy with a indian accent was i had a loan with cashnet and i need to paid them and if i didnt they would have cops come to my house i dont have any loan with anything he told me it was but in my bank acc. and when i ask what bank he said he couldnt get me that he had all my info so i went to my local cops and told them. the guy want me to paid them 786 and to go to my court house to pay it my court house told me it was a spam to call my police so i did i think iden***y theft to.
