i have been receiving calls from this place nonstop since january this year. same guy but a different number every other day. always with a threat of prosecution, bla, bla, bla. apparently i had applied for some online loan or credit around christmas, which i never followed thru with. now i have the most all american named, foreign language speaking stalker.  its a scam, the company isnt legit, the bbb doesnt seem to phase them, but bring up the ftc and and they freak out.

If I had a dollar for every phone call I've gotten from these low life worthless people in the past 9 months my mortgage would be paid by now.  Let's see, I think my case has been transferred to the courthouse at least 10 times by now.  Really?  These people are relentless so no matter how much you insult them they just don't get it.  (It did make some good venting on my behalf after work on a Friday night once).Don't waste your time with these people, everything they tell you is without merit.
