It is a scam

These people called me several times now and the same guy keeps giving different names every time he calls. I called him every name under the sun and told him he was a scam artist and a phony.  He said they would sue and said his lawyer was there, so i told him to put the ******* on the line. He came on and when I asked him for his bar number for CA he ***g up after i told him he wasnt in the bar****ociations list. This is getting annoying and i've called the phone co. and had their # blocked and they said they would send me proof on the internet but never got it. They wanted to sue me for a payday loan for 400 that I never got. They said they put it in my checking acct. but I got proof they never did. Told them several times that I was ready for them, empty threats don't scare me just **** me off. ****s, financial *********s, and &***$@###%% and other explitives.

i got a call from the same number an they r tryin to say that i got a payday loan for 400 bucks an that im being sued for 8000 or i can pay it now for 639 bucks an they called me on 4/15/11. i had got to diff numbers for them an talked to two men that didnt talk good english an a woman that didnt talk good english an making threats to me cause i told them thats no way i never applyed for any type of loan . the numbers i got is 518-649-8100 an this number 760-666-8186

I received a phone call on 4/10/11 from a Kelly saying she talked to me about a month ago and I will be sued on Monday on the coast and needed to pick up do***ents from the local Sheriffs Office and if I have any questions contact her at 760-666-8186. This scam needs to stop and these people need to be caught for their actions and harrassment.
