Asked me my name and what i was doing

They texted me asking me my name and what i was doing

Got a creepy voicemail from two different numbers with the same voice but using different names. Claimed to say that I qualify for a financial hardship loan

SPAMMER NUMBER AND CREEPY GUY!!!! He called me and i ignored it, then called back and I answered. Told me I have a lawsuit a***nst my name and my social security number. He said I have to call an attorney names Spencer (at the same number) as soon as we got off the phone. He was rude and inconsiderate. Wasn't saying my name right either (which really irritates me). He was really pushy about calling this Spencer guy ASAP after we got off the phone. Not cool at all!! I am going to call the California Attorney General's Office and report him and this number!

im on the phone with them right now...they are claiming i owe 500 for a pastdue loan from a place i never heard from, threatining me arest for 6 months and unalbe to work in the us for 3 years...so scared so glad i googled the number...im about to rip into their****es as soon as he comes back to the phone

My son took a pay day loan from Star Cash Online Loans on line. It was for $150.00. Payment was supposed to be taken out 2 weeks later. Man with thick indian accent called and said he was from Adam and Spencer Lawfirm and that Star Cash had hired him to collect the loan. Said that an arrest warrant was being issued for my son and that they were going to come to arrest him either at his home or work for defaulting the loan. He claimed that the provision of the loan was that my son was supposed to pay $60.00 in 72 hours. He said the client said that since the money was not in his account at the 72 hour mark that he was going to press charges for internet fraud. I asked how to remedy this and the man said the only way that it could be remedied would be to obtain a Pre-paid Visa and call him back and pay $302.00 for the $150.00 loan. (Remember, this is only a two week time frame since loan was obtained.) Only time will tell if this was a scam, but the payment by Pre-paid Visa sounded fishy so I did not do it.

They said that they were sending a cop car over as we speak. Of course I got scared and went down there myself. The police told me it was a scam. I have never been so terrified in my life!!

Same story: Indian man claiming a lawsuit and that i should get a lawyer. Doesnt answer when you call back.

Wrong number. Called about a lawsuit. When I called to tell them they had wrong number they ***g up on me

I got the same call. Can hardly understand the man. He does not even mention my name in the call.
