Caller rang at 6:04AM - Perpetrators wishing to gain physical access to the home of a 92 year old woman who lives alone. To facilitate their attempt, they lied on this call and stated they were from the telephone company and it was time to update the equipment at the home. I believe they may be deliberately preying upon or targeting elderly persons who might be more trusting and easier to defraud.
