yes i have been getting phone calls about me having a loan out and that i was going to jail that was coming to my job and pick me up it s****ed on 1-3-11 they said that deposited 300.00 and they have been trying to get it out my account i tryed to get loans but didnt approved for so i know i dont owe no one it had me upset till i asked the next guy mark when did this happen and and he s****ed to get mad i told you what to do and if you dont have the money you are going to court and will have to pay 8000.00 if you lose the case and you will not be able to get ssi  cause you will be black mark in the system this is really wrong

i just got the same call from a different number 17609331509 they were claiming to be an attorney.they were calling me because i am being sued for a payday loan i didn't get! report it to the better business bureau! watch out its a scam!

I just got an email saying I was signed up and had my order down and everything and to cancel I needed to go to their website or call a number which is 888-897-8045 but its after hours for them. Funny thing is I had an electronic check scam happen a few months back that went through my checking and routing number so the bank returned my money and closed my account and yes it's a real pain to close an account you've had for 10 years but believe me it will just keep happening and happening. Well I got a new checking account and so far nothing has been withdrawn cause I've noticed through ripoffreport.com most people had the money withdrawn before they got the email. So I can't wait till they can withdraw the money because they have old information and s**** calling.

Be careful, becuase I got the same call and they had all my information, and now are submitting checks to my checking account for $30.00.  SCAM!

I received a call today from 661-451-2903, some named David Cooper. Stating that I owe monies to EZ Cash USA. Bull****. I don't owe these people anything and never heard of them. I reported them to WWW.FTC.GOV. or call 877-382-4357. I called the number and spke to a nice man named Clay, he took all my information and said it was a FRAUD. He advised me also to call 800-525-6285 and the credit bureaus would put a fraud alert on file for me. So after I made my call to the FTC and reported them, they called back. What nerve they have these guys. Yes Indians. They have been reported. please everyone do the same.

At 6:30 pm today I s****ed getting calls from a 10000 # stating that i owe them money for a loan taken out at ezcashusa. I never took out any loan then he s****s yelling saying god bless you and your family because you are going to jail.  I'm like what the***** and s****ed yelling back and then they just ***g up. I called the number back that he gave me which is 253-397-1583. a lady answers the phone and then i get a call on the other end and it's him talking about yes you just called me back and s****s yelling a***n. I need to contact somebody about this because this is insaine. I wish I could find out who they are forreal.

I called the police about calls like this, they said it is a scam.  do not send them money.,  they are in another country that is using a router.

I have got the same call from Jesen Desey indicate no. 626-569-7480 they told me the same thing but when i ask him about the details he is using bad language for me . i have discuss this thing with my indian Co-workers and they told me that this all are the scamers from india when i go in detail in detail i have found that these are from indian city called ahmedabad. so beware of them...

i got several calls from this number 8057274608 stating me and my mom were being sued and will swerve more then 3 years in jail i s****ed asking questions and all they sadi is explan to the judge and ***g up on me i keep calling and getting ***g up on even my mother called and got ***g up on they barelt speak english and no straight answers i did a reverse search on the number and it said it was a call phone from philmore california i dunno what else to do and advie would be welcomed bmalibu197***ahoo.com

How i got the call as well, and i decide to google the number ( thanks god for google) and i realize that was a scam since i never requested no loans, and i have no outstanding bills, so i call back jist to mess their heads, and guess what? they ***g up the phone after i told them that i was from the local police dept. I guess it worked I haven't got no more calls from them.

My calls just s****ed today. Thanks for the heads up. However, I am getting my attorney involved. Now, that I know more my blood pressure will go down. But, now I am going after them. I suggest you all do the same if you can.

I received a similar call, not from the number listed above but from a 469-322-9962.  I looked up the area code and the number is from a city in Texas, though I can't remember where.  Anyway, these jokers called and left me a message stating that if I didn't call back today that they could not be responsible for what would happen to me.  So I called them back and the gentlemen who answered the phone asked me for a file number.  I told him that I didn't have a file number, only that I was responding to a voicemail message and I didn't know what this was concerning.  He told me that I was being sued for non-payment of a $300 payday loan from a company called EZ Cash.  I then responded by telling him that I have never taken out a payday loan with this company ever and he needed to provide me with information to prove that this debt was legitimate.  He couldn't do that at all, go figure.  Anyway, when he tried to get my personal information I told him that since he wasn't going to verify that the debt was mine that I would do no such thing.  He then told me to go f--k myself and ***g up.  I have reported this number to the FTC, Homeland Security, and the state attorney general's office.  These people need to be caught and deported!

Adam Jones, Indian or ****stani accent-is a scam.

I received the same threatening calls today from "paralegals and attorneys" with Indian accents but with common english names such as Nancy Williams and Anna Wilson demanding that I pay them $850.36 for a pay day loan of $300.00 that I failed to pay in 2/10 from EZCash.USA.  I never requested or received such a loan.  I was threatend with arrest by Monday for failing to pay the debt which is simply a joke.  I told them to have the federal marshals come and get me in New Orleans after they filed their complaint in California state court.  They have no idea what they are talking about and they ***g up on me after I told them I was going to file suit a***nst them (Frost &****ociates) for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Act.  This is a total scam as they want you to send them your iden***y and credit and bank account information so that they can steal from you.  The number that they are using is 626-569-7480.

For your own protection DO NOT give them any information. They are trying to scam you. They attempt to get your bank info and they will rip you off. If you gave them any bank info I would inform the bank and have them c****e your account info. Don't be fooled by their threats because it is a federal crime for collectors to threaten you. They are not real debt collectors. Tell them to go fly a kite.

I received a call from these scammers today saying the same thing that I owe for an online payday loan received from EZ CASH USA, which I have never had!!!!  I have filed complaints with the Federal Trades Commission and the Attorney Generals office as well as filed a complaint with the FBI and local law enforcement.  These people have to stop this harassment!!

Some lady called me at 7:30 am on 7/16/10 and ask me for my attorney information be cause I am being sued. I ask by who. She told me just give me your information. Then she said EZ Cash and a loan from 2009. I told her I never had a loan from EZ Cash. She said you are still being sued and I need your information. I flipped the tabled on her. I told her to hold on she is being recorded, she ***g up. I called back and told her I got cut off and the call was being recorded and I need more information. I got cut off a***n. I tried calling about 5 more times and got ***g up on before she answered the phone a***n and put me on hold a***n.  I called back and she told me by my first name that I had the wrong number and not to call back a***n and they were going to report me if I called back, and she ***g up in my face a***n. I called back a***n and got her voice mail and told her that I have a verified mental illness and at home allday and I will call her all day because I do not have anything else to do. I called her back about 30 minutes later she gave me a number 818-483-0154 a disconnected number.

Tell them stop calling because it's harassment, it's such a horrible scam. These dudes really try to convince you that you owe money and you'll be sent to jail. First they verify your info to prove that it's legit and then they want you to send all the info to Jason Dasey who's a fake attorney and there's a fake law firm called Fraud****ociates. I asked the scammer Harry to send me the info with the information to prove that it's legit and he couldn't do it. Everything you ask them to do they can only tell you about after you've given them your credit card. No one gets arrested for a debt in the United States, don't worry just ignore them and curse them out if you have to tell them to stop calling.  They are the absolute worst. I called them back at the direct dial and I kept getting different Indian dudes, I wanted to mess with them for calling me at work and harassing me. I told them to F*** off and I told them I reported them. Spoke to my bank and told them not to pay anything to anyone from Fraud****ociates or with EZ Cash, it's a fraud (just in case they had my bank info). It's a shame that this is going on.  Thank god for Google that I was able to see that my instincts were right about this entire payday loan thing being a scam. Hope this helps other people out there.

I got calls from them and from similar scams.  If they call a***n, maybe you should report it to Homeland Security as I did.  Of course, I fell for the scam, most of you out there are smarter.

This number keeps calling me and threatning me with going to jail, I ask them who they are calling for but they will not say, they pass me to different people with accents I cannot understand they yell at me with threats and then **** up in my face. I have called back several times but they keep ****ing up, if they want to collect why do they **** up. My attorney called and they did the same thing, just ***g up. We need a name and address to send them info. but they will not give it. What kind of collection company does not give out info. about how to pay the debt. I checked with my bank I have not received any mone that I am not currently paying so who are these people and how do I get in touch with them. I am disable with a chronic illness and this is really making my illness worse. Please help me if you can. Thanks
