I just received this email yes****ay! ***, what is this! It's scarey that someone has my SS#!!  I too, have tried several times to call the 1-760-888-1204 number, and it is not in service!!  I have sent a few nasty emails back myself to them! What do we do with this?!  I'm not happy, I'm sick!

I received and email on 06-17-11 from a Don Montoya. The email stated just as yours did Debbie. He states that court proceedings will commence 5 businees days from the date of the email 6-17-11. I replied back to him to provide me with details of who the creditor is the manner in which the funds were sent to me (check or electronically). He must think I was born yes****ay. He now states the "COURT" has given me until end of day Tuesday to make res***ution. This is a company of bottom feeders who in the end will get their just reward.

Josie Melon keeps calling my friends, me and my job telling me i was involved in fraud gave my ss# and said i owe them money, like to hear from me soon, when i called this number back on Friday June 17, 2011 the number is not in service anymore. Did not give me a name of the company, just her name

I have recieved calls from this number at my work and they are harassing. They said according to the FDPCA they are allowed to call me and some fic***ious person by the name of Emily Tucker  who works here authorized them to call me. The first guy I could not understand and I told him to speak English if he wanted to talk to me and he transferred me to a woman who called me a all kinds of foul names and said that I would know who she was in a few days when the FBI is involved. It is insane.
