this man call me on 10-22-25. every day leaving mes about John Robinson, must return call, it I don't call or my attorney , the only thing he can is wish me good luck.  I did call, the man aswer, didn't understand him , talk right over yu, telling me to go to court, not understanding address, ask him to repeat,  talk over me, ***g up

I received a call at work and a call was left on my home voicemail. Stating that they were from a law office. The caller had a heavy accent he said his name was Jeff Ballard and he was from The Federal Credit Law Firm. He stated that a law suit had been filed under my name and ssn number and his senior law officer wanted to speak with me. The senior officer did not give a name but said it was in reference to a payday loan I did not pay. I told him not to call me at my job a***n nd ***g up. The voicemail on my home number said that I needed to call them back the same day. This is either bogus or harrassment the only payday loan I have had that wasn't paid back was over 10 years ago and it was included in a Chapter 7 bankrupcy.

just added this guys to my reject list on my phone. now i dont have to answer the phone and get upset. they are creepy and not from the united states.

Yea they know all ur information such as social security # and employeer name and like everything. I called the Better Business Bureau and they sent me some papers from the General Attorneys office and i filled it out and their investigating it. Please do the same thing. We don't deserve this. And what their doing is wrong

I called a male  answered so I was lucky but yup spokey. I tried calling a***n today but had a busy signal & then a***n not to long ago, there was a recording this time. What's wrong with this ppl & it's like they knew all of my information, did they know all yours?

I got a message today from Priscilla, too!  I don't know what she was talking about.  They are so creepy!  She ended her message with "If I didn't call or have my attorney call, all I could do was to see how the situation would unfold on me".  I tried to call the number but it is no longer in service.

Same happened to me, well almost the same. Happened today...I don't know what to do though? Wondering if I should call them back a***n

This morning around 430am a female from Attorney Gretten?? had left a message a for me stating that my name with all my info plus my SS# was forwarded to their office regarding a serious business matter that needs to be taken cared off right way & needs my expidited attention. Also stated if she "Pricilla (who left message) doesn't recieve my call today all she can say is "GOOD LUCK, & GOOD BYE"! => that alone was some Freaky Sh**, made me just off the bed & I called them. When I called a male answered, all I told him was my first name & he had already my last, verified my SS#, my email & work place. Told me that I have a payday loan that's outstanding & that they are sending me to court & if I don't take care of this today they will send all my info to where I leave & they will bring me to court & garnish my wages. I then asked him who's the company & the phone # so I  can verify  who these people are because I don't remember dealing with such company. The male then said  " why don't you know & why do you want to call them, they won't talk to you." I replied, I don't know who the company is because I don't remember dealing with such company. He then said "so you're dening that you owe? I replied well how can I say I do owe if I can't call them to verify & you wont give me the name of the company. He said: "you want me to give you 300 company names? Its CashNet. I replied don't you have the company name in front of you, the company that's stating I have a debt with? It should have a specific company name. Every question regarding the company name, phnne #, fax # or email address he gives me like paragraph of things that I don't want to hear like, If I'm aware that what I had done is a criminal offense & its fraud & if I want to know who the company is I should check with my employeer. All kind BS...I then told him what's his problem, what are you trying to interpret because it seems like all the basic info I'm trying to get you don't want to give me, he then said "I guess you don't want to resolve this issue, I don't want to talk to you anymore I will forward your info to your area then you will suffer the consequences, then he ****ed up.

I got a call from this number saying the same information. He said I have criminal charges and would go to jail if I didn't go to court but he wouldn't tell me anything but that  it was for a payday loan. He said to get an attorney. I told him I would call the cops and he ***g up on me when I tried to call the number back the number didn't work!

That is exactly what they said to me. It sounded like a computerized voice with an accent. They called my cell AND my work number. How do they get this information. I am so aggravated right now.

*** I just got a call from the same people i cried my eyes out also they scared the***** out of me. They had all my information to.... Thats' f***ing crazy

I received a call @ my office from these ****S this morning. They even had the GUTS to leave me a message over the weekend @ my office. He identified himself as John Bennet stating that he was calling from a law firm and that I'm going to be sued. I need an attorney immediately. They will be sending all this information to my place of employment, then he ***g up. I called back from my cell phone and I asked a***n who are you and who are you representing. Of course he ***g up..Called a***n of course his name c****ed to Sergio..I asked the same question, he ***g up a***n. I called a***n and this time his name was Lance Morton...I told him that I'm going to report them to the police and the Better Business Bureau, he ***g up a***n. So I reported this to the Office manager so she called and asked for John , she was then told he's the parralegal so was like "Oh you're a law firm whats the name of your firm"..the call was disconnected because the other party ***g up. PLEASE beware of this number. The scams has HEIGHTEN!! Seen the stories on 20/20 and Oprah but never thought it would become a reality in my "world".

I got a message from a person by the name ofpercy Jackson but the person had a thick accent. Stating that I or my attorney needs to call back right away, that the issue was timesensitive.  He also said if I didn't call back the only thing he could do for me is wishe good luck

They called me, i didnt answer i have been getting enough of them calling latly, so i hit first. i called back told them that they were now reported to the US secret service,FBI www.ic3.gov told them the website, also to the ark AG's office , to the local police, the fcc and i had my lawyer on stand by told them i knew EXACTLY who they were and why they were calling and the they wanted to mess with me i would f***ing bury them alive. I informed them in my voicemail that i am familiar with FDCPA section 806 subsections 5 and 6 and to try me if they had the ***** to. I have called back 4 times since then no one will answer! and funny their mail box can't handle anymore messages....poor things they must be cryinf right now since we are standing up to them and bringing the pain.

***!!!!!! these idiots had me crying for an hour!!!! I thought it was fr real, the guy's name was Roger and he had all my information. He said i had t get an attorney or i'll be sent to jail on Wednesday when my case goes to court! I pleaded with him, told him i just graduated college and I have no record at all.... he looked up my info and saw that i was telling the truth. He then told me that the cops would be notified and I'll be handed a subpoena to appear in court!!! that is when i s****ed crying!!!!!!! All he told me was that I am wasting my tear drops on him because he couldn't do anything about the case. So i begged him not to involve my job and what i could do. this when he **** up on me!!!! I called the number back and I told him i'd bring my bank statements to court and prove that no money was deposited to my account from any company other than my work place and then at this point her s****ed to tell me that he could work with me and what i could do. He didn't quite have his story straight at this point because he said he'd call me back! And until now no one has called me back. I am planning on going to my  local police station to report this and see what they advise me to do!!!!! These people should be held accountable for embarrassing  innocent people for no reason at all!!!!!!! F***ING ****S!!!!!! MOTHER F***ERS ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS S**T!!!!!!

i recieved a call from this number stating they had proof i did some felonious act online dealing with a loan group and said they were represented and i needed to contact the law offices of barry t. simmons, i researched. he's a DUI defense attorney from laguna beach california. they said i would recieve paperwork monday and state police would contact me. they have my cellular phone and house phone number. date of birth. social security number, home and email address as well as place of work and there address. becareful!!! there scammers i'm not the only one to report on multiple telephone numbers. so f*** them and check all numbers they give dont freak or panic. they some ***** sons of b***hes. p.s. they as well have access to criminal records. they told me i was being charged with stuff i've been charged and aquitted/convicted only in different states. and these are recent charges. these are from two years ago this december. so f*** them keep it wicked. JUGGALOS MAD LOVE FOR YALL.
