FRAUD!!! Automated voice said they were from Verizon (my carrier) and they have an urgent message about a recent c****e to my account. number comes back to a Batstow account and an automated system wants me to verify who I am. Of did not respond (they were wrong on the name anyway). I called Verizon using 611 and they said those numbers WERE NOT VERIZON. They are turning over to their fraud department.
