Claim to be IRS and threaten that you are going to be arrested for some crazy reason.

Spam call about a lawsuit being made under your name by the "United States Government"

left two voicemails today about no response for six months and a lawsuit has been filled in my name by the US Government.

Received two calls and VM's today about the US Gov't has a fraud case.

Called to let me know the government is fraud charges a***nst me. Left a voicemail in-fact and then called a***n!

As with others, the message says the IRS is filling a lawsuit a***nst me.

Calls saying this an IRS warning for Tax Fraud

10:30 am EDT received a call that there is a lawsuit under my name. I ***g up at that point and blocked the number on my cell.

Received a call from (763) 250-0686 stating that a US Government lawsuit has been filed under my name and for me to call them back. Not sure who they were calling on behalf of as they did not give a name.

Leaves a voicemail claiming a lawsuit has been filed in your name. Google sear****g reveals this number is obviously not attached to any agency. Definitely scam.

Caller ID says Scam Likely. Leaves a 2 second message. Don't answer these calls. Use call number block on cell.
