****ed UNITED HEALTH CARE ABOVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER on our cell phone They have our id number, name, birth date, address number I called UHC and found outfit is a scam call

Said the call was from United Healthcare and to call them back at a 1-800 number. I wasn't given enough time to write it down before the call was terminated. I called UHC customer service and they said the robo call was legit. All was good!

Robocall claiming to be United HealthCare, asking me to call a certain number, but the call disconnected prior to leaving the entire number. From all of the comments above, it looks like a phishing expedition. They want address, birthday, etc., so they can scam.

Said they were from United Health Care about a supplement plan. First thing they did was ask for my bday - I refused. They said no problem and ***g up. They now call every day.

Welcome to UHC message and asked to verify my info. This is 4th phone call I've received from them for the same reason. I'm thinking now this isn't really UHC-AARP but I don't really know.

The called wanted to "verify my information". I refused to do so. He said, "No problem." and **** up.

Called to talk to me about my United AARP supplement plan but when asked what he had to tell me that I had not already received in the mail he was ***ue. I said he could go forward, very reluctantly then he immediately ask my address or birthdate to verify it was me. That is when I said he would have to send me an email from AARP to alert me to expecting a call and I ***g up.

Saw this number several times trying to contact me so I finally answered it. She immediately asked my name and membership #. I had no idea what she was talking about. I said "you called me, who is this?". She ***g up.

The call came up on my cell phone saying it was United healthcare but it wasn't. they say they need you to verify your address because it post office has told them it is incorrect. This is the fourth time they have called me. **** up immediately.

Caller ID said OPTUM although they never spoke. I answered, heard a ringing sound. then they ***g up

Caller identified on phone screen as United HealthCare. Asked personal questions to verify that their information on file was up to date. Later I called United Health Care Customer Service number on my member card. I was told that this was not a call from United Health Care as all of their calls use 800 area code.

Received a call from this number asking me for my address and birthdate to confirm their records. When I asked what info was on file caller said he was not at liberty to divulge and provided me with the number for UHC customer service.

Just received a call from this number. Caller ID identified as coming from United Health Care. Caller asked me for my address and birthdate to confirm that records are correct. When I asked what address and birthrate he had on file, Caller said he was not at liberty to divulge and provided me with the correct customer service number to UHC so I could follow up.
