763-392-1084 this is a collection agency for AVON

I keep getting calls from 763-392-1084 to my cell phone. My cell number is new, I inherited the calls with the new number. They have no clue who they are calling, refuse to tell me who they are, have been asked over and over to stop harassing me and yet continue to ring my cell at least twice a day with a computerized dialing system. I have signed up on the gov's do not call list and once my cell has been there for 30 days and they call I call s**** complaining about them and get them fined.

They keep calling and ask for a person who's name I will not put here. When informed they have the wrong number and they are asked to remove ours they either **** up or say they will verify it. But the next day a***n we get several calls.when I have called and ask who they are I am told they are several companies and they will give me no name. Instead they ask who am I calling for and the circle s****s a***n.
