This guy Tim Simon calls me and s****s digging into my history. Before I answer any questions I ask him what does he want with my family. He continues to dig and becomes abusive. I ***g up on him. Who do I contact to report this ****!

CLX is also Westwood Management.

Tim called and left a message on my co-workers answering ma****e and said my husbands name and he was calling in regards to my son.  He said to call and ask for him or Greg.  I called the number and Greg answered.  I told him to never call me at work.  I told him that he left a message on my co-workers answering ma****e.  He said that was the number that I left for a contact.  I told him that wasn't true.  He argued with me.  I told him not to call me at work and ***g up on him.  Later on that day, my co-worker received a phone call from Tim.  He transferred the call to me.  I told him I already spoke to Greg.  He said I am the manager.  I told him I didn't care who he was and to never call me at work.  He argued with me also that I left that number as a contact.  All of a sudden, he said, fine, you don't want to pay your bill, than I will garnish your wages and ***g up on me.  Later that day, my boss ask me if it was ok to fax info to this place. I looked at it and it was from them asking for verification of employement.  Can they do that?  These people are very rude and I will not work with people like that.

Tim Simon works for Westwood Management a bill collector.  Although in the message he left for us which we have forwarded to the MN attny generals office - he said he represented Data Recognition.  Liar!

This guy named Tim called my work also, and tried telling me that if i didn't pay a for a bill that i owed by friday ( 3 days later ) That i will be sued by them and that it would cost me 350 $ more than i already owed. I offered that i could pay a portion of this money that i owed, and he told me he needed all of it by friday. I have delt with collection agency's before and i know that they HAVE to allow you to pay whatever you can pay if that's all you can do at the time, so when he told me that, i knew he was shady! When he called, he made it seem like he was not from a collection agency, but an attorney or from a lawyer's office. I had a friend call back and ask what company it was, because he just answered the phone " this is tim" and he wouldn't answer her question, he just kept saying this is tim, what can i help you with ??? So now that i know who this fool is and what he's all about , when he calls me on friday, wich i'm sure he will, i'm busting him out and i'm gunna tell him what's up.

Tim is an employee of Westwood collection agency. He called me names and told me he was going to send the cops and immigration to my house if I didn't pay. He never identify himself and he was even yelling at my roommate

Tim is an employee from a collection agency call Westwood Management with offices at Hamel, MN. Google it and you will find it. It is a real collection agency which practices are unethical. I received a phone call from this person yes****ay. He told me he was going to send the cops and was going to send immigration to my house. Five times in one day. I called the cops and reported him to ACA (collection agencies****ociation)  I also call the clinic that owe the money and reported the agency with them. Right away I was c****ed to another collector to handle the case. I didn't know I owe money or what he was calling for. He doesn't identifies himself he only yells at you and harr***** you. He must be top employee of westwood management /clx systems

Tim Simon called me on my CELL PHONE (which is illegal) and told me I was being sued.  When I was like "What??" he said,.."We sent you notices in the mail"  I didnt get ANY notices from this place at all.  When I told him that, he called me a liar.  Then he said "Have fun having sh*tty credit...cuz thats what you will have when we get done with you"

My sister in law has been getting phone calls at her home and some guy named Tim screams at her and calls her names.  She has no idea who this guy is.  When a company calls my sister in law and calls my wife names(her sister names and tells her to pay her bills)which I'm pretty sure is not allowed(giving out info like that) I called them and asked for Tim, they said he was busy, I asked to give Tim a message to stop calling my wifes sister and to call us.  He said whatever have a nice day and ***g up on me.  What can I do in this situation?
