These people claim that I have got a very serious matter on my hands. And that I'm under investigation in connection with a bank of the west acct. ( I don't have a bank of the west acct. ) she even called an ex of mine and told him that what I was doing was a felony. I really wish they would get their info straight and then keep it between them and myself. They are stressing me out.

I had this number for 3 months got over 75 calls. I wish they would stop calling i guess its time to c****e my number a***n thanks.......

Says my husband owes them money. When asked what my husband's name is, they respond with SOME mumbling then launch into a very rude and discourteous tirade. We do n't have any credit cards, nor do we owe anyone any money. Everything is paid via cash or money order and we prefer ti that way. THese people need to stop their calling and get a clue that their rudeness will not get them anywhere.

Have you two thought about a class action lawsuit a***nst fraudulent **** contracts?  I'm headed that way myself.

They continue to call. Have no idea who this is, yet when I answer, I just hear a lot of noise.

Yes had the same problem they will not send any thing in writing. I did not even know about this debt but would like to have taken care of it.

Yep, collector for USBank.  They offered us a settlement.  I offered to pay it, but they wouldn't give me anything in writing that would say thepayment would fully satify the debt so they are out of luck.

They were rude, insulting, and ***g up when asked to send, in writting, what the charges were.

Jennifer at RCR called and wanted someone who doesn't live here. She was short and aggressive and did not respond wekk yto being called ******. They have called me 1-2 times a week sine April. They are looking for someone else but still call me. She ***g up on me after I argued with her and questioned her motives and tactics. They do not like being confronted at RCR.
