Yes, it's United Healthcare. Got call after call from this number after talking to UHC and our call got disconnected. I kept hearing this scree****g sound like amplifier feedback. The third time I let it go to voice mail and the rep from UHC left me a voice mail, so I don't know what happened the first two times.
I noticed the missed call on my phone. Dialed it back & got a message that said this number is no longer in use. This was within 5 min. of the missed call notification
This number just called me and I sent it to voicemail. Before listening to the voicemail, I looked up the number on Google.com and found this site. They're denying me an extension on physical therapy (I had 20 visits early this year, and after I left the doctor that had misdiagnosed me and had surgery under a good doc, I needed additional PT. UHC is denying coverage, since I already maxed out PT this "calendar year").I spoke with a rep last night who was less than helpful. I took the "after call survey," and left a ****HING review. This phone number is a legit UHC number. They left a message saying they'll try me a***n later, but they said there "may be so****ing they can do."I hate insurance companies. What a nightmare.
This is a collector possibly using a "s****ing" service with a number that is out of service. In case you don't know what s****ing service is, it is a service by which they can use any number as the displaying phone number on your caller ID. They could use your number if they wanted too. It's a way to catch you off guard. Not much you can do if you don't know who is calling you, but my guess is they are some type of collection office. I can block the number but they can use another number should they desire. We'd all have more control if the big boy phone companies would give it to us instead selling out to those who have the money.
The caller ID says UnitedHealth Group. This insurance group needs more fake calls they are a rip off. To say the least. Hate this insurance. They even call on Sunday what a scam. Let them be silenced.
these people are annoying and need an adjustment.
I don't know who this was. I don't usually answer long distance calls. This number called my home number and then my cell number, which I just got yes****ay. I tried calling the number back, but got the same message as everyone else.
I am on the do not call list and despise getting telephone calls from numbers that cannot be called back. I want this person/company penalized for bothering me with unwanted telephone calls.
Had my name, told them they had the wrong number
Get call to cellphone from this # - it appears to be an attempted fax. When tried to return call or send fax get "number not in service." My cell carrier cannot find out who is sending the fax either.
This is a fax number. It keeps call my cell phone. I tried to fax the # - got a disconnect message; tried to call - got the same; it continues to fax me.
Called me this morning from 1-763-744-3099 and ***g up. Called back the number and got some kind of answering service which was useless since I couldn't leave a message because I had no name. After reading the above, it is probably from United Health Care as I do have them for my Medicare Part D coverage and their pharmacist partner *****ed up my prescriptions. After several weeks of phone calls with no results, I said to***** with it and filed complaints and greivances a***nst them and their knuckehead pharmacist with Medicare and the Pharmacy licensing board so that's what they're probably calling me about. Still, it is ****** and childish of them to call me, not say anything, and having a number on the caller ID that leads nowhere. Cute. Real cute.
These people are with United Healthcare selling Medicare gap Insurance for AARP.
I have been receiving calls from this number, and it says it's from United Health Group. It rings, then I answer and get nothing but beeps. Tried to call them back, but call would not go through. How many calls am I going to get?
I received a call from this number twice today. When I answerd the 1st time I didn't get any answer from the caller. The second time I answered a man ask for myself and when I answered speaking..the call suddently disconnected. When I tried calling back it rings twice and then it disconnects. Who are these guys?
I've been getting calls from them for a coule of days now. I'm guessing they are in a different time zone, as one call was before 7am! I'm not sure why United Health Care would be calling me, as I have nothing to do with them or they with me. W***ver is calling from this number hasn't left any messages or FAXes, so I have no idea what they want, unless it's a sales call, although I am on the "do not call list", it doesn't seem to matter... I STILL get calls from companies trying to sell stuff, people who say they are su*****-such bank or credit card calling (some whom I've never heard of, many whom I have but don't do business with) saying they need to verify some records, asking for card #'s, PIN numbers, telling me they are trying to straghten out a credit card statement that'sslightly overdue, and that I *need to* "make a payment right away", etc. (even places I do not bank or have credit with!), and some of thise numbers I've looked up only to fing it is someone's cell phone # (some are even from Mexico & Ca***a!)Word to the wise... NEVER discuss or gove out ANY information at ALL about ANY bank matters OR in this case health insurance!) over the phone! I know someone whose Medicare Part D was c****ed to another prescription plan without his permission or knowledge, until he went to fill a prescription, so these sorts of calls make one wonder if that is not what's going on!?!Why would an insurance company call someone who has nothing to do with them (Never have) & not leave a message? Hmmm...Last time they called, it rang twice & when I picked it up and had a dial tone.I called they phone #763-744-3099 & got a "Your call did not go through - 138T" message 3 times (perhaps they were using an autodialer to call people, even those on the "do not call list" & were shut down? I called 3 times approximatly 12:35pm PDT on 26MAR2008.
They just called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. When I called the number I got "Hello, Cisco Unity messaging system..."
This is for sure United Health Care but when you call the 763-744-3099 number back you get a voice mail that states " Cisco Unity Messaging system" if you press 4 and type in a last name it will connect you to someone at United Health Care. I dont know what they are calling about but now i at least know who has been bugging me with random calls.
They call up to say they are checking on my health condition since being in hospita,In Columbus Georgia.
This is United Healthcare. They are in a cycle of denying and then promising to pay a claim hat has been submitted. If you follow the prompts you can get into their directory and harvest ***dreds of names and exentsions. Just spell out common last names and the system will come back with names and extensions, which seem to be phone numbers.I plan on calling as many of themn as I need to repeatedly until they pay my claim. If everybody who is denided does the same thign they may figure out that payign the claims is cheaper than denying them. They currently are denying 14.4% of their claims, which is far more than the natinoal average of 4%.Wake up, UHC! You will get some calls soon!
got called three times within minutes. No message.
