It's Ball State University soliciting a donation for a fund raiser.   I'm a Ball State Grad and have received this call before.

That is the alumni****ociation, having gotten your number somehow, asking for donations.

That is actually from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.  I'm not sure why the University would be calling unless you have some relationship with the University or if they are trying to set up international programs.

I got a call from this number which i missed to take. Since i feel that it is an international call, i am little curious to know from what part of the world the call was made. Until i can figure that out, it won't be a good idea to call back because i might end up calling at some odd hour :)
