Says he is moving to California AFTER his property is rented, yet he already has a California number. Also when I told him I was nervous cause he was wanting money for application fee sent to someone other than him(whom he said was the attorney in charge of the property), he proceeded to let me know he was a man of god and he did not need my money. Goes by pastor scott. Wanted money sent to a Ken Biddle.
