Verizon wireless customer service call center

They claimed to be Verizon Customer Service. They said they had received info of someone trying to access my account. They said they could set up a password and provide security measures to make sure that couldn't happen. I rejected their offer and called Verizon customer service. They had no knowledge of any unauthorized attempts to access my account. And no knowledge of any such customer service at that number.

Verizon rep about a returned phone

It was a Verizon wireless cs rep calling about a product i returned.

on 3/9/11 i got a call on my cell from this number, i did not pick up,  i just s****ed a search on who it was and this page was my 'first' stop.

I received this call, but did not pick up since I did not recognize the number-- I only have a cell, no landline and I don't want to waste airtime minutes on these types of calls- I refuse to pick up.
