When I get this call I don't answer or open the line then **** up my dual receiver locks up as soon as the call is disconnected.  I have Dish Network.

I am in P***nix and I received a call from this number. I asked for my number to be removed from the list and not only was the guy rude but he actually began using profanity. I found it to be a bit much, I wonder if Dishnet is aware of this companies policies?

I get a call from this number every day. When I answer there is ***ody there. Sometimes a recording asks if I pay too much for cable.

I also received calls. Press 2 to be removed from the list and it goes silent - calls resume the next day. Press 1 and you will get harassed when asking to be removed fromt he list. I did this and the guy told me just to **** up if I didn't want to get DISH Network. I told him that the calls were daily though. He said so what. I asked for a supervisor. He told me to "Go supervise yourself." I then called DISH Network corporate and spoke to their telemarketing complaints escalation specialist. Her phone number was (720) 807-6500 ext. 71573. They seemd to only be concerned with getting my number off the list within 30 days, but there was no apology for the rude or obnoxious behaviour of the telemarketer. I am not impressed to say the least and I am positive I will never be giving DISH Network a try at any time in the future. Now I have filed an online complaint a***nst STACI COURTNEY through the FCC's website. if you want to harass them, call them back for free AT 1-866-428-1766 and press 1 - you will hear the same bad song for at leat 6 minutes, fgor they have no one working and only a computer making thse calls. After visiting their web site at DISH TV.... you cvan actually complaint to them.the girl told me taht scott works there.

They call atleast twice a week and I am on the do not call list which I believe is a joke since I get calls all the time.

Why do we have the do not call list in place if anyone can call your home anytime, day or night.
