Scam read about a bogus company using Verizon number. It's not a valid VW company they are Russian based.

Seems like an outsourced call center that works for various companyies, Verizon being one of them.

Keep getting calls from this number.  They claim to be a financial company

3 calls. After u pickup it disconnects. and if u call it back it ****s up after 20 secs

This number comes up when my husband calls our landline from his Verizon cell...his area code is 904, and we live in 770, so it looks like a local number, but then I answer and it is my hubby? The caller ID states Wall St. Comput (cant see the end, cause the screen is too small)

got a call from this number saying they are from Verizon and asking to verify my address since they had a piece of mail addressed to me that was returned by the post office.  The lady seemed very disorganized and asked for my wife even though the number she called is my phone in my name.  I told her that we have gotten lots of mail successfully from Verizon and asked what address they have on file.  The lady said she can only confirm the address and can't tell me what one is on file for security reasons.  Obviously I did not tell her my address.  I'm pretty sure this is a scam so don't even answer a call from this number

They called me and I didnt answer the first time ...  Then the next time I did answer and proceeded to tell them a made up name and address etc. Ha then after about 1 Min I said so****ing like "Ok boys we got tem, location successfuly traced", and the guy was like "ummm what" then i told him we had his location triangulated and we would be showing up soon"

this number has appeared on my cell three times within a week. i have not answered and will not answer it since i see fellow sufferers experiencing same harrassment.

they keep calling saying they are from verizon - then they ask me for personal information - be AWARE of this scam!!!

i answered and they said they were from Verizon Wireless.

This number keeps calling, I never answer but it sure is annoying!  They never leave a message.

Recd missed call from # on my cell on 8/25/2009 at about 730 am AST.  No message left.

Received this call on my cell phone.  I did not answer the phone.  One minute later, I received a call from this same number on my land line.  A***n, I did not answer the phone.
