I had a long conversation with one of these guys about a year ago after they called me daily.  At first it was the "please continue to hold" and it rings to an agent.  They said they were a law office of somebody and someguy which is typical of collection agencies pretending to be a lawyers office to scare you into paying.  He said that I had an unpaid balance of some card that I have never owned and which does not show up on my credit report (i checked after they called).  I said that I wasn't going to pay them anything.  They still call like ******s thinking that I am going to pay them so****ing.  I told them to stop calling me several times and they will not stop.  I set their number in my phone to "Do not answer" so they can talk to ma****e.

They are a collection agency/Lawyer known as Arc Management and Pollack and Rosen Law Office located in Kennesaw, Ga. Same phone number for both en***ies. They work in Creditor Rights Law and specialize in Aviation Law, whatever that is. ha I guess having a lawyer on site helps them legally serve papers by sherrifs deputy to debtors. I myself think they are on *****. Don't be surprised if you are harrased by them.

Antonio called from this number looking for a relative and said he was calling from the Law Office of ******* and Roston.  I'm sure it's a bill collector~!  What an Act~!

Just called us about a bad debt. I am not sending them money. I will deal directly with the company. Rude as heck.

Called me a said they were ARC Healthcare Provider. Told them I was my sister. Asked specifically what they wanted, was told "not to be so nosey". Comes up as South Central Bell Telephone out of Kennesaw GA. S***.

These are a bunch of idiots acting like laws do not talk to clowns who do not know how to respect you.  Will report to the trade commission and better business.

Got a nasty threatening phone call from this number,  770-263-9869  caller I.D. said ARC Management on April 2, 2010.  I have NO business with them - called was very ***ue, sounded like a scam.  They made harrassing comments about my deceased mother.  I will be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. Better Business Bureau and the Georgia and Pa. Lawyers****ociation.  Don't send these people any money, give them any information or talk to them.  .
