Shady "debt collector". Says he is an "investigator". Don't give them money. These people should be ***g.

Received a call from Investigator Johnson today saying I needed to call her right away. It was urgent. She left a message on voice mail which I couldn't really understand except for the urgent part and her name. Used phone number 770-986-8333.  Caller I.D. showed Purdie &****ociates. I'm alerting the local police who I hope will put the word out to the news media.

The company has called twice now. I told them not to call my home phone number any more

These ppl are liars and are breaking the law! They can not call you at work. They can not put you in jail for not giving them money--or even tell you that they will. They stole $400 out of my checking acct and my bank put it back because they couldn't prove I authorized the transaction---which I didn't. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Investigator Towns was calling my job. They should lock these fake debt collectors up for trying to collect money from people. We in a recession. They need to get a job and they wouldn't have time to be calling our phones.

They called for my Brother and said it was a crimonal case! Thats BS  they are just a collection agency. Very rude and said they would sew me? How dumb can they be. I am writing a letter to the Attorney General.

paul martin called my sister loooking for me talking big sh_t, I called him later to find out what's going on and he told me that I owed 392.00 for a check thats been paid years ago and he'll settle it for 250.00, the "check" amount. This company is a FRAUD. They use threats, harassment, and intimidation tactics. Don't fall for it, they are crooks!

Inspector Townes has contacted my elderly grandparents and disturbed them tremendously!  I phoned Inspector Townes and asked him to remove my grandparents number from his call list.  They are 86 years old and health is deteriorating.

A**hole that calls himself Detective Towns and that there are serious allegations a***nst you that they are investingating and may have to move forward on.  Collection Agency !!!

recieved a call from this # saying they were an ivestigator named 'tao' and that I "had better call them back or else right away", seems very fishy, the only investigators that call me are in law enforcement and they need a warrant from me , they called the wrong person this time. I have s****ed the official complaint with my State (Washington)

Lets not forget the professionalism they mention they have when dealing with companys to help collect a debt. Given their lies I would never use them unless I wanted my company to be sued. I received a call from Purdie &****oc, #1-770-277-6887.  Googled it and came up here.  She was looking for a number for someone.  I asked her to repeat the name and told her I did not know anyone by that name.  She seemed surprised and ***g up.

same thing happened to me they Called my Auntie today And asked for me and said i have a fraud issue and their going to court on me tomorrow an put me in jail my aunt googled it and turns out she's a **** bill collector! tell them to F**! off when the call you! and think about it their's no contract for metro PCS people so why would they be calling. Sounds like loosers who need a job to me!!

caller says he is investigator harvey says he is going to turn me in for check fraud. if i dont pay them the money .

These people have cell phones they use and it comes up Investigation I did a reverse phone look up and found out it was a Metro pcs #

i got a call today from this lady says here name is investigator johnson come to find out the other numbers they use are 770-277-9086 -770-277-8901. Google the phone number instead and see the complaints.

Same here. She called me looking for an old friend that I haven't spoken with in sometime. I don't even know how she got my number. But the company is PURDIE AND****OCIATES. I looked them up. just Google it. It's a Collection company out of GEORGIA. GO FIGURE. WOW.

"Investigator Johnson" called my work number looking for my sister, citing a fraud claim. Said she was with "Purdy and****ociates".Glad I looked her number up / seemed very fishy to me.
