.....to add to my message - I called the company and now I'm getting an invertigator Milton.....this is out of control - how do you stop this?

I just received a call from this number 770-451-9761 last night, April 27, 2010, from investigator baker....oh my God - thank God I googled it and found theses comments.....How does so****ing like this happen?

Got a call (like everyone else) from an Investigator Martin on my vm, he said it was urgent and then when I called him, he asked for my full name and phone number. I I dont owe anyone anything and I have great credit. I found this odd and googled the number and found this blog. I think its a scam and I called him back and he answered saying 'my name' like he saw it on caller ID and then I told him I was on to his scam and that I googled his number and that I saved his vm and if anything strange happens to my credit or my phone number that I will report him to the police. He said I dont know what your talking about and I said, dont ever call my number a***n and I'm reporting you to the Attorney General's office. He ***g up. Beware people, he's a creaton and he wants to rob you. Dont give him any personal details.

Called and asked for my wife on the answering ma****e. Said his name was investigator Martin. It's a total scam. It's telephone extortion. Plain and simple. Report this to your State's Attorney General. If they s**** hearing a bunch of people calling about this they will be more inclined to do so****ing.

I recieved a message from investigator martin saying I had a bad check and was being prosecuted for check fraud. The amount of the "fraud" check was ***.45. Asked if I would like to pay over the phone to get this tooken care of. The check was supposively written out to "advance america". *** I am so sick of this.

I got the voicemail from "Investigator Martin" two days ago concerning a situation that required my "immediate attention." He spoke like we were familiars. Used my first name and introduced himself casually. I thought it was either a wrong number or a scam. So I googled the number.

Got a call today for my husband from Investigaor Martin (am). Said he had an urgent situation and to call back immediately.  Hahhhhh - Checked the ID - came up Martinand Purdie****oc.(pm)  Googled them and brought me here. ****es me off that people do this stuff.

two weeks ago i got a call this person asked for me by my name like he knew me, i said yes this is him asked if i knew mary i said no, well we know you know her she has you in here phone book then later said she put me down as reference i just said no i dont know her he got mad and ***g up

Same call from "investigator Martin". I never return a call when the caller doesn't leave info on their organization.

received a call that it was an investigator and that it was urgent.  He did not leave any more information.  we do not know or are we expecting any calls from 770-451-9729

Called my ex inlaws from 7 years ago in a different state looking for my step daughter, saying she is being investigated for fraud.  I have no idea how they would be able to get the name and number of my ex inlaws. Very strange.  I called the number back and the guy said he was with Purdie and****ociates.

Mr Martin called me and left a message on my voicemail "There was an important matter that needed my attention" and I needed to call him back soon. i googled this number and i found this is a collection agency. The caller ID said Purdie and****ociates- dont know how they got my number or why they were calling...strange!

770-451-9761 also called a friend i worked with almost 2 years ago. same thing, a fraud claim a***nst and to pay the debt off today, july 3!, (on a holiday w/end)the better business bureau has no information once you submit the number. they finally got a hold of me and told them my lawyer is looking into for me and that I would have the matter resolved, "investigator anderson" immediately ***g up!...interesting.

person claims that their is someone filin a fruad claim a***nst me... they left message with a friend from high school I hadn't seen or heard from in almost 5 years
