Asked in a text if they could come see my dog this weekend

Calls incessantly. Would not tell me what company was calling unless I verified my home address.

He REFUSED to give me their name or what they were calling about other than a 'personal matter' so I took the call personally and REFUSED to give out or confirm any address, street name or anything. Not in this day, I've been ID stolen too many times to fall for this one. He stated he would mail a letter out to the address they had on file.

WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO THEY WERE WITH JUST KEPT ASKING ME TO VERIFY MY DOB OR STREET NUMBER.

Won't give you any information unless you give them info first.

This company calls all the time. They will not give information of who they are unless you provide them with your birthday and address. They are a collection agency and will not leave you alone unless you set up a payment schedule of over $200.00 per month. I owed $243.00 and when I tried to make a payment of $100.00 they refused it.

Asked for personal info but was unwilling to give any info regarding who they were. I refused to give my info and they stated they would simply mail whatever it was to my home. Not sure who they were or what they were calling about but in this day and age there is no way I am giving out MY info without knowing who I am even speaking to.

Called for my son and would not tell me who she was with. When I called back they answered but not with a company line

Does not leave a message if I don't pick up, and if I do the line is silent for a moment before it ****s up on me.

Calls all the time, 3x a day, all day. Collection agency asked them to stop calling as the bill was pulled back from the original source. This office told me to ignore them but they still call everyday.

They asked to speak to a relative and asked that I take a message to have that individual call them back but refused to leave a name or identify the company.
