Please keep me posted.  I am suppose to get my tracking number today.  It has been about 4 weeks since we ordered.  I do know that Atlanta had about 5 inches of snow last week and closed a lot of Atlanta down.  I am trying ot give them the benefit of the doubt.  I will see.  please keep me posted as to whether or not you receive your product.

Wow, I was not even seriously looking when I came across their ad on craigslist. Of course, as soon as I visited their website, I thought it was fishy. When I google National Importers, a different and more legit looking company website came on. So I decided to check then on the better business bureau to find nothing. Now I am really su****ious and decide to find who the website is registered to. The website 399sectionals.com was registred through GoDaddy.com and the registry information is pasted below. When I s****ed digging more (by googling their phone #, etc), I found so many forums like this one and decided to post what I found on this company. Thanks goodness i almost oredered from them until i came across this. I found them on craigslist and then went to their own website. It all looked legit. So i googled thier phone number to see if i can find anything on them just in case. and good thing i did. You guys saved me!! THANKS A BUNCH

What makes me the most angry is to find out that these people keep running this same scam and getting away with it!!!! I reported them to the FBI at www.ic3.gov but doubt that very much will come from it. I found an address online for them: 200 green oak drive, roswell, Georgia 30075. I have no idea if it is valid or not but just wanted to pass it along in case anyone wanted it.  If you google the address you can find a picture of the house that they may live in.  They also offered me a "refund". They emailed me a photocopy of a check that they supposedly had mailed to me. I of course didn't believe them and went through my bank to get a refund. The check probably really came from one of their customers and was doctored up to look like it was for me. It's not real comforting to know that they would send someone else's bank account and routing number like that. It's very scary.

Still havent gotten my couch, now no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. SCAM

Make sure you tell everyone where you saw their add. Post it on that web site that they are a scam .

I have been waiting for my sectional for a month now. ***ody answers the phone. I see alot of complaints now and I regret not doing a search on them first. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

We ordered a sectional sofa from National Importers over a month ago. First they told us that it was taking so long because of bad weather, then they told us that there was damages and that they would be another two weeks and they would either give us a refund that would take two weeks, or we could wait two more weeks and get a 20% discount. I emailed back saying we would take the discount and havent heard anything else from them since. It has been almost two more weeks. No reply to my emails or calls.

Hey have you got anything back from them yet? Is international importers a fraud?

Just received tracking number.  I googled the freight company and entered the # National Importers sent me.  My name pops up with description for two items.  My order was for two items.  I then called freight company and they told me the freight was a sectional sofa.  Scheduled to be delivered 1-11-11.  I will keep posted.

National Importer is a scam! Check www.ripoffreport.com, search NI Importers. I have posted so far along with one other person.  They scammed me out of my payment of a sectional sofa. I am in the process of getting the money back through my bank. Thank the lord for Visa's Zero Liability and merchant dispute policy.  Try calling their "24/7 customer service" line an irregular hour like 4:00 a.m. Try to get a valid shipping number from them. You will see.

I am in the middle of the sale.  We already paid them and are waiting on the furniture.  I am able to contact them.  The company always answers and have****ured me that this is not a scam. I will keep you posted.

yeah..they have too good of deals for furniture...can't find them on BBB...anyone know if they are a scam?

This is the number from National Importers.  It is a web store dealing with furniture.  He stated they asre too new to be found in the better business bureua.  Not sure if this is a scam yet.  looking for to see if anyone else has dealt with them.  They are in Atlanat Georgia.
