Who Called: Consumer Debt credit card refi scam

Same overseas (India accents) scam telemarketer gang, this call claimed to be with Visa/Mastercard/Discover & said they could refi all of my cards into one payment (I never have credit card debt). They have been told to stop calling ***dreds of times, yet they still keep calling.
