When I called equifax 770-740-4000, was attached to my phone as if I was calling from that number. Equifax asked for verification.

I had my SSN used for a fraudulent unemployment claim, When calling out to a business, they were busy and offered a call back rather than to hold. When they verified the number i was calling from it was this number, which is just a mailbox and not****ociated to me at all. I do not know how that is possible, but I am very un nerved.

This number is a scammer and iden***y thief tat calls and has his caller id name somehow set to say "EQUIFAX" along with his number 7707404000 so as to delude people that he is calling from Equifax Corporation and steals people IDEN***Y INFO. This number has been reported to Police and FBI.
