I originally got scammed by this company. They had private info, and thought this was legit. Found out it wasn't, and called my bank. I closed my account down, PER MY BANK as I had told these ****s to collect on the debt. Now they are calling me telling me I am going to be placed in jail, and that there is a warrent for my arrest, etc. After having researched them, I knew who I was dealing with and basically told them..WHATEVER! I knew this was fake. They also told me they had been in contact with my bank. I am sure they were. Thank God my bank was smart. However, this "Investigator" said my bank said I don't even have an account there. Well, that right these confirmed my su****ions of who they were. IF this company was legit, and if this lady was legit, and she really was with the US Dist. atty's office, she would have had a supenoea for my bank info and the bank would have turned it over to her. She didn't, and thus, she got ***g up on. Funny...and sad at the same time, people will fall for their **** b/c they are harrassing and bullying. Good thing I have their message saved, and will be sending it to the FTC, FBI, and my lawyer!

Her Name alleged investigator Anderson with Special Crime Unit connected to police. She is investigating a bounced check of mine. Bank account was closed after they failed to provide me information about their company as agreed upon over the phone. She is trying to collect from me an old account which can't remember and don't wanna provide any informations about the account, so I closed it per advised by the bank.Threatening me to get arrested in 3 hrs.The following day a***n I will be arrested.

these people called me today - looking for my next door neighbor's ex-husband (i think).since legitimate collectors have called before like this, i offered up what i knew & an address but no phone number.they declined.
