I owe Bally's a thousand dollars which is not true I spoke to Ballys and my account has been closed and paid for. Don't fall for this scam....

Special Investigator David Fisk called looking for Samuel Adeli (? spelling).  Said that he was calling regarding King County court case SRB4323 which is currently in deposition phase and that Mr. Adeli or his attorney needed to get in contact ASAP to avoid further charges.This is the second call for this person from the same company within the past couple of years.  I don't know Mr. Adeli and have had the same number for nearly 10 years.  My thoughts are that this is a scam of some sort because a collection agent needs to identify themselves and their company, rather than simply threatening court action.  Also, it is my understanding that court information is usually  not left on voicemail to protect the privacy of individuals.  Even when I called back to tell the company to remove my number, they did not identify the name of the company.So****ing is fishy here!
