A lady keeps calling my parents house from this number looking for me. Ahe gives her name as a Mary Jane *****ss and a phone number and affidavit number and says a civil lawsuit has been filed a***nst me. Wjen i call, i get no answer? Is this a scam to get money from me? I have no money anyway.

They called my parents home leaving personal information regarding my ex-husband - when i called because I wanted to know what it was about they said there was a balance pending w/ criminal intention and gave me details about accounts, I was nowwhere in the record and they told me everything! this is NOT allowed in any state, giving personal information to anyone other than the person named on the account.  So I called them back to get an address to send so****ing in writing and they told me that if i had a complain, to take it up with the attorney general.  I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
