Asking personal information

Said they had a Fraud Alert on my acct on 5/3/25

Said I called them about fraud on my credit card and I called from my number so they were calling me back therefore it was a conflicting call first said I called and reported fraud then said they saw my number so they were calling me back well which one is it.

SAID HE NEEDED INFO ABOUT MY MASTERCARD

Said I owed a balance of 74 dollars but the entire account balance was transferred and Closed 11.2023. I sent proof to the credit card company and they are still calling. I blocked them as it is now a scam.

Caller was with Aspire credit card. Alerted me to a fraudulent charge made to my card and another that was attempted but blocked. I called the main number after to verify and it checked out.

Said my social security number had been compromised.

These guys I think are scammers trying to scam your info. Very unprofessional and couldn't answer the simple questions which tells me they're not a part of Fortiva

Customer service called to thank me for using their services when my last payment was made

call cell 2 times, called back 4 times call ended with no rings
