Comcast rep called on Sunday when I didn't have a planned service planned and then ***g up on me while I was talking. Very rude comcast tech. I thought someone was checking to see if my house was vacant to rob me and hurried home. Now I am on hold with Comcast waiting to file a report.

I called on a cable service outage due to storms in the area. My husband and I fixed it after Comcast attempted to ping the box remotely. Comcast did tel me I would get 2 calls to confirm appt. for the following week. The 1st call I recieved I told the rep we fixed the problem and no service was needed. He said he would close the ticket. However he must not have updated the ticket because I got another call this morning from Comcast about the appt.

Got a call from this number and did not leave a message to let me know that it is comcast. Tried to call back several times but never answered. I hate comcast policy that if they call and you don't answer, then they will not come. Give us the courtesy of leaving a voice mail so we will have the opportunity to call back to let you know that we are here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comcast continued to call my cell phone to confirm installation which I don't have since I am not in a Comcast service area.

Called at 8:30am Christmas Eve morning about a non-existent 'appointment'. Left message alluding to same & said two more attempts would be made to reach me.

This was a Comcast Customer Service Rep calling to verify my cable service appt.

Someone called my cell phone from this number and ***g up when I answered. When I called the number back it just rings?!?!? If it was the wrong number then be polite and say "wrong number"?!
